Shipping costs for bikes

In Belgium, the bikes are delivered by our own services at the fixed price of €55 within 3 to 4 days to be agreed. For other EU countries, bikes (muscle only) are delivered by courier at a flat rate of 55€ within 4-5 working days.

Deliveries of e-bikes are not possible outside of Belgium. Deliveries are possible from Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking number to track your order. A

t the time of delivery, you are required to check that the bike is in good condition and to mention each defect (damaged packaging, knock, scratch, etc.) on the delivery note that the carrier will have you sign. A photo of the defects will also greatly facilitate any complaints.

All our packages are shipped by Bpost for parts and accessories within the European Union. Bpost makes 1 delivery attempt to the address mentioned when ordering.

Remember to choose a delivery address where someone is present during the day to receive the package: office, neighbours, parents, friends, etc. In the event of absence during delivery, Bpost will leave a transit advice note and invite you to collect your package at your post office within 14 working days. For shipments to Belgium, you also have the option of requesting delivery to a post office or post office: You can receive your purchases at one of the 1,250 post offices and post offices in Belgium.

At the end of your order, you choose the pick-up point where you wish to receive your package. As soon as your package is available at the pick-up point (post office or post office) chosen, you are notified by e-mail or SMS that your package is available. You will receive a reminder notification after 2 days if you have not yet picked up your package.
